This Easter our chefs have a wonderful Easter Brunch menu that include entrees such as a frittata with rock shrimp and lump crab meat, Bismark Benedict with crab meat and asparagus, an omelette with filet tips and cheese with scalloped potatoes to name a few.  On the sweeter side we’ll offer a Brioche bread sautéed in a creamy sauce with a mascarpone banana and strawberries.  Entrees and hours vary by location.  Trattoria will serve brunch from 11-3pm, Cucina will offer brunch from 10-2pm and Vigilucci’s Seafood and Steakhouse from 10am -2pm.  Guests can also select entrees from the dinner menu at Vigilucci’s Cucina and Trattoria, while Vigilucci’s Seafood and Steakhouse will offer a petite a la carte menu and seasonal specials. Date Nights at Vigilucci’s offer couples a highlighted version of Vigilucci’s signature dishes and includes two entrees and two glasses of wine for $55.  Date Night Menus are offered at Vigilucci’s Trattoria on Mondays and Vigilucci’s Cucina on Tuesdays from 4pm -9pm. Menus include the very popular signature dish Cappellacci Di Zucca, a made from scratch hat shaped pasta stuffed with butternut squash, walnuts, ricotta, Parmigiana, finished with brown butter, sage and a touch of marinara.  Tartare Di Tonno, a fresh Ahi tuna marinated with chives, shallots, jalapeños and a Dijon-creme fraiche, a huge hit on the San Diego Restaurant week menu is also on the Date Night menu.  The other three entrees Chicken Marsala, King Salmon, and a Polenta with Certified Black Angus filet, served Tagliata- style complete the menu.  Reservations are strongly recommended and the menu can be canceled at any time, due to availability.  Tax and Gratuity extra.  Vigilucci’s Trattoria offers live piano music every evening, making it an extra special Monday Date Night!
